QUALIFICATIOJNS:

  • Qualified in Word and Excel. Proficient in Gmail, google calendar, iPhone, Apple products.
  • Experience with Builder Trend is highly desired or a similar program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager is The Point of Contact for solutions with full responsibility for all phases of the job.  The following is a brief summary of the Project Manager’s Job Summary.

  • Creates a monthly, weekly and daily action plan and communicates all revisions to team on a daily basis.
  • Manages the TOTAL QUALITY of the job to insure it is done right during first installation.
  • Communicates with the customer before, during, and after each job.
  • Communicates with all team members, field crew and owners before, during and after each job.
  • Insures that field staff is aware of any special customer conditions.
  • Implements and upholds job safety.
  • Documents change orders and additional work orders, has foremen document any damage during installation.
  • Bringing the job within budget, including job costing.
  • Willing to train and develop crew skill level.
