Challenge

This homeowner’s old Tile roof needed a repair. Our team arrived on site to examine and diagnose the roof’s condition, and after identifying the weak spots, we were able to craft a custom solution for this client’s specific needs.

Solution

We were able to find a Tile match and replace all of the broken pieces without having to replace the entire roof.  We also helped the homeowner replace the skylights and the roof Tile that surrounded each skylight.  We installed new Ice & Water shield, which helps decrease snow build up and installed new flashing systems around the skylights.
